Bad luck with the POS PC...anyway lost my favorites. A couple weeks ago someone posted a link to a website that had a great list of sausage recipes...

Wow, I had this site bookmarked years ago and for quite a few years now the site has been gone. Was it moved? Great resource.

I'm not sure Lou.. I've had it on my puter for a long time. I like the recipes...and usually tweek them to suit my taste.

Thanks Cowgirl, that was the one, but I appreciate the other links you guys posted as well. I'll be creating my "favorites" excel sheet and saving to disk right away, so I don't lose them again.

Can't wait to try some Moose Linguica - pron to follow.
