Marinated the oxtail in teriyaki sauce,salt,pepper.
I cooked it with peanut oil,onion,scallion,red Spanish pepper,garlic,ginger,sake,rice vinigar,soya,water,salt,pepper,brown sugar.

The glassnoodles were cooked in the water I cooked the paksoi in...the water soaked up the Phlavour of the paksoi and smoke.
APhter the noodles were cooked I added garlic,scallion,red pepper Phlakes,salt,pepper,Phu Quoc Phish sauce.

I never see oxtails that look that nice in my local stores. Those look fantastic even pre cook.
 
Good lord! Those oxtails look downright sexy in that braise. Love oxtails, but have never tried them in an Asian dish. Subscribed to this one (and a chit load of your other cooks as well)!
