My wife and two little ones are gone for a couple days so I decided to make myself some skirt tacos. Skirt steak was rubbed with a coffee BBQ rub (recipe from Steven Raichlen). These turned out amazing. Sorry the first picture is so large I couldn't figure out how to resize it
