Did six butts Fri. for a family party Sat. and they turned out great. But this is what has been on my mind for three days:

Yes indeed!! Inch and a quarter of goodness right there!
Started my fire with a big chunk o' cherry and some K:

Heatin' up....

....on the Bar B Chef (The Rock)....waiting....

Hot now and they're on!

Resting for a couple......

Been dreamin' of this for a couple days, with some beans and mac salad:

Perfect!

I haven't posted any pron for a while and there's been more butts paraded around here then the Iowa State Fair Queen Contest:becky: so I thought I'd change it up a bit.
