No, there is neither in the recipe. Naturally fermented yeast.

For me the perfect bread has been an elusive thing. I have turned out decent sourdough bread, but I have turn out my fair share of what would better pass as bricks rather than bread.

If the yeast doesn't do it's job, I would think you would have some weapon's grade rolls. :shock:
