Had it rubbed down with just about the last bit of Bad Byron's and had it in the fridge overnight.

Hit the grate cold this morning. Should have a good smoke ring if nothing else.

Looks great, especially since om going through BBQ withdrawals right now. Looking like im not going to be able to cook anything this weekend too:mad:

They had some of the pieces that I'd pulled off before we sauced it as the spices may have been too strong.

Right there with ya. I haven't been able to Q in almost 2 months, and it's lookin' like that drought's not gonna end any time soon. :cry:

Butt looks really good to me, Dub. I'm drooling over here. :hungry:

I get downright unpleasant to be around if I can't fire up my grill at least twice a week. It's a hyoooooge stress reliever for me.


Son had me laughing this morning.


When I woke him up for school he asked for another bbq sammich for breakfast. Little fella wasn't even awake good and he had bbq on his mind. :mrgreen:

Lookin' good. I pulled a butt out of the freezer last night, to smoke this weekend. :twisted:
