Smoke on Badger Mountain
Babbling Farker
I was in a hurry to get dinner on the table tonight and none of the usual quick dinners in the fridge. Wife asks for chicken and pasta. Chicken is frozen, no time. Then I thought about Hotch's Pig Cakes. I love those things! I had leftover PP in the fridge so I started the with the PP cream cheese mixture for the pig cakes. Dipped them in egg and coated then with Parmesan breading instead of the Pig Cake coating. Fried them up in the skillet and poured some warm red sauce over the top.
Here are the results:
They were really good but not as good as pig cakes.
Here is the link to Hotch's Pig Cake cook. One of them anyway. These things are amazing. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=214786
Thanks for the inspiration Hotch
