Very nice! You guys really love them little fish. Don't the bones get stuck in your throat, and do you use them to pick your teeth when your done?
I love me some sardines yes Sir!
I don't worry about sardine bones...when eating I try to carePhully slide the Philets off the bone,the rest of the bones that are still in the Philets I just eat them.
You can just eat those because they're very thin and soft compaired to alot other Phishies.

Beautiful cooking Phu! I too love me some grilled sardines, we don't even bother gutting them just season with rock salt and off to the grill. Like you said the fillet just peels right off I like it with a little molho cru good stuff.
