Padawan's beef chipolata and pasta with spinach sauce

Today I have some leftover pasta processing and did so with a spinach sauce and some beef chipolata's
Fresh spinach washed and then chopped through the blender, some cream, milk, onion, garlic and bacon there, and on top of three eggs and some mozzarella.

That looks Pharking awesome! Is that some sort of traditional dish or are you two just mad food scientist? I wish I could come up with dishes like that.
