Sponge Bob's chicken recipe.

My friend sponge bob has a chicken recipe that I like. I have cooked it here before but its been a while. 1 cup of Mayo, 3 tbs soy sauce, 3 tbs of wosterchire, 4 tbs of hosin sauce. 2 tbs of your favorite seasoning for chicken.

Smoked in the Mini WSM @ 325 for about 1 hours 20 min or so...

We ate outside in the patio and listening to some old school mambo.

Plated with a side salad and Maribels mashed potatoes from a previous cook.

2 hours. Chicken will not taste like mayo. It melts away and doesn't stick to the grate.
