Helluva Chiliburger/Homemade chips/PRoN

This actually started out as a craving for some more of the homemade chips that I had the other night, but you can't just have chips right? Then I remembered seeing a post on here of someones chiliburger..........soooooo here's what I built.

The pieces;

On the grill over some Cowboy lump.

Now THAT is flame broiled!

Puttin' it all together:

This went into the oven while I prepped the chips.

The finish.

The plate shot.

Chips seasoned with SM Sweet and Spicey.

Close up.

Bite shots.

Th........Th.........Th.......Tha........That's all folks!

J'awesome job, Code 3! Looks inspiringly delicious. Around here, a much, much simpler version is of an open faced chili burger is also known as a "Chili Size," something one might find at a truckstop diner.

Yep, That was what we called it years ago when I cooked at Denneys, wow, some 30 years ago.......anyway, yes a much simpler version.

Yep, we used to call it by that name some 30+ years ago when I cooked at Dennys, wow, long time ago, and yes a much simpler version.
