We went simple on Sunday evening. we had Hamburgers fried sweet corn and backed beens. I know sounds exciting right... we the main reason for this post is I took about 5 ears of fresh corn and cut it off the cob put about a half cup of butter in the pan with the corn threw it on the grill, and shut the lid for a few minutes. After frying it on the grill I took the pan back inside and put it on the stove. went ahead and done my burgers. once everthing was done I cranked up the heat on the corn put a hand full of sugar in the pan and put a little glaze on the fried smoked corn.

We fix it all the time. We usually do it on the stove top. This time I done it on the grill and it turned out great. Got a nice smoke flavor on it.
