^$E*%$ I ain't Priceline

As others have said: "She'll get what she paid for." With some people, it's all about price. They don't factor in the quality angle. That's the angle you need to go for. I had a consultant talk to me about my business and he told me to not focus on price. The Walmarts of the world have the aces there. Instead, sell them on service and quality. You can win there.

Give me their number. I call and cuss them out for you.

Give ME their number and I'll say a very "special" prayer for them :)

Steph, sorry you had to go through this. Unfortunately, some people are cheap and they don't know how to recognize quality, therefore, they don't know how to pay for it. You are better than that rate and I'm glad you didn't take a hit - except for the frustration and time planning.

I would give her the following quote by Mike Mills:

"Good food ain't cheap and cheap food ain't good. You want cheap food then go down the street to McDonald's."

Screw them. Never lower your prices just to get the job.
