Char Siu - Chinese BBQ Pork

This is one of my all time favorite meats to eat! I've been wanting to make it for years and finally got around to it! Honestly, the BEST all around pork I've ever made. Very simple, but oh so flavoful!

Looks delightful, i do pretty similar but with belly pork - also well worth a go!

I've seen and heard about crispy pork belly char siu, that will be next!!

No it's some sort of composite plastic cutting board!! Not a stone!! :twitch:
