Picked up a couple 1 1/2 inch thick porterhouse chops for $7 at my local vons. Seasoned them with The Rub Co. Competition Style Rub then a little Original Rub for a kick. Served up with some corn and white rice. Enjoy!

That chop was grilled to perfection Ryan.
 
I'm sure that flavorful pork chop went well with the bland library paste flavor of plain white rice.

That is a perfectly done chop, though. Very nice.

JD08 - I loves me some plain ol' white rice with buttah. Especially with pork chops.
