Congrats to all that walked and moved on. Had a chance to walk around there on Friday and it was looking pretty serious!

For all that particiapted in this event or one of the others, care to share what can expect in terms of correspondence for the organizers? We are cooking Lexington in June and just wondering when they send out info packets to the teams. How was load in and out? Are there assigned sites or is first come?

You should get an email a couple of weeks before the event and then another one the week of the contest with the rules, basic information like load-in time, etc. The load-in time at Overland Park was 9:00 AM Friday and if you have a large trailer it would be easier to get there early, so you are one of the first teams to get setup. There aren't assigned spaces, it is first come, first placed. You will get up to a 20 X 40 space, so you should have plenty of room if you need it. Load out was easy and they get through the award ceremony very quickly, so you can be on your way.
