Squeezed these in today after replacing the tv and they was pdg. Rib meat chili for the rellenos and plain old wangs dusted with lemon pepper and sauced with siraccha with honey.

Very nice. What else besides rib meat, salsa, black beans, and cheese did you stuff the peppers with?

Pretty much just made chili except not as much liquid, tomato, onion, garlic, chili powder, cummin. Oh, and 2 cans o beans black and pinto.
 
That looks good. I've got some leftover rib meat as well in the freezer. Might have to give this a try! How long did you cook the peppers?

I didn't keep track of time but just watched the bottoms (peppers) and the cheese on top and cooked till they both seemed bout right.
