I finally did the first cook on my new 26 3/4" OTG.
2 dozen naked chicken wingettes.
I banked some KBB on one side, with a couple of chunks of cherry wood on top, and lit it on one end. I cooked the meat indirect for a bit, slowly moving it closer to the charcoal. By the time the meat was ready to be finished, the charcoal had burned all the way to the other side. I knocked it down and went direct.
I then slathered them with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque sauce.
They were mighty tasty!

On the kettle.

Thanks for looking.

Ooohhhh! Got a new 26.75, a 10# bag of wings in the freezer and the wife is going to Nashville on a business trip on Monday. Guess whats for dinner!

Real nice looking but I would have them in my tummy in about 30 seconds.
