Default pullin' pork in SW Ontario

It was 8 F at 8:00am when I fired up the UDS. At least it wasn't snowing.
I rubbed a shoulder with 'Song of the South' rub, and let my drum do the rest. Sorry the pic is washed out by 4:00pm, there was quite a glare off the snow.

It was at falling apart tender, so 10 lbs of pork pulled in about 15 minutes.
My family helped by keeping the bowl empty while I pulled it.

5 lbs went in the freezer, 2 lbs is ready for school lunches. but i saved some of the bark for you...

Song of the South rub
1/2 cup Paprika
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup onion powder
4 T salt
4 t cinnamon
4 t ground thyme
4 t nutmeg
