Oven? What is this oven thing that you speak of? :-D

I seem to remember Alton Brown saying to put it in with the breast towards the back, but it has been so long since i cooked a turkey in the oven that I can't remember what I did.
 
I positioned mine in the LBGE. My wife gets really mad if I start burning charcoal in the house.
 
Okay :oops:.... I am doing one on the Egg :wink: and 1 in the oven (thats the thing that holds pots on top) :eek:

Actually doing my first bird EVER in the oven today.
I'm smoking 7 days a week since June.:roll: Thought it would be nice to watch the game and drink for a change!

I actually prefer the spread eagle approach on the turkey. :twisted:
