This was Friday nights cook.

Very classy. What is the diameter of your cast iron disk and where'd you find it? That makes an impressive presentation!

I'm gonna make those onions and let them sit for a couple of days.

That's great.

We usually leave them over night but had no time. The heat mellows out a little.
