Just received the following from Big Poppa........I've used the SM Season all and love it, all the rest are completely new to me. What do you all like to use these for?

What ever you darn well please. Money and HDD are totally different, but both totally awesome rubs. En Fuego is a pretty good sauce (I'm not a sauce guy so hard for me to say great) and as you know Season All goes with anything.

If I had to say one thing, try some wings with HDD. I'm still trying Money on different things but it has worked well with all I have tried it on.

Ribs with the Money, Tiger Sauce and En Fuego.

Put the Season All on everything you cook, period.

I like Steph's Season All too. The last time I smoked a brisket on the drum I used Big Poppa's "Money" and really, really, really loved it!! :becky:

Wings With the HDD best wings I have ever made were with HDD.

with the HDD with wings. The marinade time is key. Works excellently on thighs too.

And the HDD paired with Steph's Sweet Seduction on pork is stellar too.

On game day get a block of creme cheese let it set out to soften, put it on a plate and pour a bottle of Tiger sauce on it. Good and easy dip with ritz crackers or tortilla chips. Easy, quick, and tasty. :icon_smile_tongue:
