Smoked turkey chili

Thanks to Fantomlord who gave me the idea for turkey chili. It is one of the best chilis I have made

1.5lb turkey
1 med onion
1 can tomatoes
1 can beans. I used white beans
1 small can tomato paste
1 beer of your choosing
2-3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon ground oregano
1/2 tablespoon cloves
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
Dash of cayenne

If it was just for me I would have added chipotles. Ill add jalapeños when I serve.

I also added about 2 tablespoons brown sugar.

I also added about 2 cups chicken stock. I would modify the original post but cant seem to do it
