Friday with Phu we made Picanha.
With pak choi dish with bacon, smoked mushrooms and tomatoes.
And Patatoes.

Padawan scored this piece of beePh at an Islamic butcher.
This piece wasn't quite the same as the picanha's I've bought at the wholesale store.
One end was very thich and the other end very thin.
We decided to make a roulade out of it.
Some pieces were like butter but there were also some chewy parts.
Yesterday and today I stewed the sh!t out of it!
