Do you like them falling off the bone tender like I do, or do you like a little tug to it
 
Meat jello never graces my table, Bite through with a slight tug for a clean bone.

No jello for me. I like them tender, just not that tender.
 
Boneless,as in shake em and the meat hits the plate and the bone gets tossed.I ain't down with gnawin.
 
Bite through with a bit of a tug...the wife likes fall off the bone. Figures, doesn't it!
 
Any way I can get them, Gaylor. Guess I'm easy to please. Or I just like to mix it up.

My father and another best friend like to gnaw and have to gnaw the meat off. I used to like them just falling off, but now I really prefer them to more the MBN/MiM/GBA standard which is "pull cleanly from the bone with only slight resistance", which is a little more done (perhaps only 15 minutes more) than the bite through perfect KCBS definition rib.
 
:hungry:Dang, I shouldn't have started this thread! I'm hungry again. Looks like there is a good mix between everyone. I like my ribs once a week!!!
