Biggest cook yet coming up got some questions

I gonna do my biggest cook yet next weekend. Planning to do a butt, 4 racks of ribs, chick legs, meatloaf and some sausages. G onna use my 2 double rack uds. Any way was wondering about those chicken leg racks Are they worth using or should I just throw them on the rack. I dont want to pan from the start for air flow issues . If i decide to foil can i wrap the whole thing
 
If you already own them, or want to own them, then they are great. I think they work great, just like rib racks, great if you got them
 
Should I brine the legs or not? If so could someone pass a recipe for one along. I was going to give them a rub with butter and a light seasoning
