This will be my first smoke on the new UDS. Pork spears for supper along with the wife's potato salad and baked beans...

Ribs ready for the smoker...

Finished product. Not my best...temp got away from me....the UDS is a work in progress...I'll get it right though...

I've way overcooked some ribs in my day...you didn't even get close to mine. Yours look easily washed down with a good beer or 6 :thumb:
 
MMMMmmmmMMM RIBS... I loaded freezer a week ago with 3 racks of st louis style.. Now looks like I am going to have to bring them out.
