Concession Trailer

Looking at investing in a concession trailer come next spring that I will be using to vend at events, competitions, festivals, etc. and wanting some suggestions as to who the better manufacturer's are that are out there. I'm looking for someone who I can source all the appliances through. Order the trailer, turnkey with everything installed: Fridge, fryers, sinks, smoker, etc. Possibly looking at equipping with an FEC500. I've looked at Russell concessions and they seem like nice enough trailers and very affordable compared to some of the others. He also fabricates a 6 foot rotisserie smoker/stick burner or you can equip with an FEC500, but I'm concerned that there seems to be a lack of people who have used them. Anybody had any experience with Russell concessions or suggestions on other manufacturer's? Thanks for any info
