Had my fist smoke last night on my new UDS I built. Ribs came out great but I need to rethink my setup for air ventilation.
I have 4 1.5" holes drilled around the bottom of the drum. I tried using magnets that I could slide around to get the right control. It worked, but not as well as I would have liked. Should I go with the common approach and drop in threaded nipples that can be capped off? Anyone seen other good ways to open and shut the holes?
