I am with Grillman, I will take a little of most everything, you can hold the snot for yourself.
 
Will do. Thankfully the snot has melted away. Hope to put one of those big coils of sausage in the Kettle this weekend or maybe Friday night!

Everything looks awesome! Nice trick, throwing the CI grate on the kettle to get better grill marks. I'll definitely be using that one next time, thanks!
