Quick late night cold smoking ?...
... I am cold smoking some cheese currently and have some raw fresh cased sausages in the fridge. Can i put these on for some cold smoke and then pull them to cook later. The outside temp is 19° currently and the cook chamber temp is no more than 40°. I am interested in getting some smoke into them so i can possibly just pan fry them for lunch tomorrow. Will this work or endanger myself?
