UDS or Weber indirect, Dry rub or Marinade, Michellobe Ultra or Amberbock? I have done a few, thry turned out good but not great, feel free to interject anything you feel would be usefull.
 
UDS make up your own dry rub or salt pepper ketchup and mustard never tried it myself but wanna try it. oh and Cutty Sark scotch and 7.
 
UDS, salt, coarse ground black pepper, white pepper, amber bock in a frozen mug enjoy :icon_clown
 
EVOO,Fresh ground black pepper, bad byrons butt rub, thinking bout a run for mountain dew:eek::eek::eek:
