I promised I would show how we make the hinged flat lids for our UDS. You can see the process is simple and cheap to make and makes these things so much easier. Thanks for looking......Alan

Thank you Alan! I'd love to do that to my drum. My welding skills are still weak but it would be fun trying. :-D
 
Thanks, I've been waiting for this post since seeing all those awesome drums you just posted. Great idea! Did you have to reinforce the drum wall at all?
 
The images for how they make these cannot be seen anymore. Anyone got some pics they could post to show it?
