Here's another cook I'm behind on posting. Some bacon-wrapped marinated chicken, grilled pineapple, and some ABT's for good measure. Served up with some steamed veggies, dinner rolls, and some homemade strawberry cheesecake. Thanks for looking!

The peppers were lined with garden style (flavor) cream cheese, homemade pico de gallo, then sprinkled with some fiesta blend shredded cheese.

These lasted all of about 2 minutes and they were gone, haha.

I thought they were very tasty! I always try to sneak some in when I can, a little time consuming on the prep but well worth the effort.

Looks fantatic! I love pico de gallo, it looks like another great ingredient for ABT's, the chicken looks pretty good too.....well I'd eat it all, what am I saying.
