decided to mix some things together and try something new that i havent eaten or had before. im used to these in the oven but not on the grill....especially not smoked....it...was....AMAZING! smoked for about 2 hours over rockwood lump and apple wood chunks on the mini. family said its the best they have ever had. weber hickory smoke bbq sauce on the outside last 30 min
