Default Weekend pork pron

Cooked a butt using BigMista's pork rub. Injected the butt with a mixture of apple juice, soy, and spices. Let it sit overnight. Rubbed with BigMista rub and smoked with Cherry and Hickory on my WSM. Came out great. Everyone really liked the rub.
