Everyone has there own way to cook chicken wings, but tonight I took some pics of how I do mine and thought I would share. First I season them up to my taste buds for this smoke, and then I put them on smoker for 1 and 1/2 hours at 225. Second I put them on them on the grill on high for 2 1/2 minutes for each side. Third I plate them up with some tasty sides and then pop a fresh Heineken.
