1) go by poundage?
2)go by size? Hmmm my fattys bigger :laugh:

total girth........ Diameter x's length. :wink: Somebody ought be able to do 12" ARound by 36" long or better.......:shock:
 
I wonder how much sausage that would take.....12x36......need a good size cooking area too.....maybe a LANG!!!!

What do you guys figure a 12x36 log of meat weighs. Maybe 180-185 pounds? Would there be a problem getting it to hold its shape?
 
Westy, that's a good question.....got me thinkin more. Not good at that this time of morning. :shock:
