Maple cured Hickory smoked bacon

Been working on this bacon recipe for quite a while after having ordered and fallen in love with Benton's. Real Maple syrup coating followed by curing slat mixture for 4-5 days. Rinse in sink for 90 minutes, set on racks and allow to dry in fridge for 2-3 days, Hickory smoke at 155 for four hours then at 200 for two more hours. Kids go bananas over the stuff.

Nothing makes a breakfest then maple bacon I did it with a bourbon maple syrup and maple sugar.
 
Bourbon Maple Syrup

Two favorite things in my life, Bourbon and Maple syrup all in one. Feeling kinda Homer Simpson'ish.
 
Aww yeah I have some maple syrup from a couple months ago. I visited some friends in Quebec and they brought me to the sugar shack! I now found yet another use to my can of syrup :)))
 
Mind sharing the recipe? I just got a pork belly and i'm looking for a good curing recipe.
