Please replace my above entry in this TD with this entry.

I would like to name this on in honor of a few brethren for the inspiration and ingredients as the "Diesel Drenched Fingerlickin' Fatty Crumble Mini Cinnamon Rolls".

JD Maple naked fatty rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird. Leftovers from the above previous entry were chopped/crumbled up to top some mini cinnamon rolls made from pseudo-scratch. Dough was Pillsbury Crescents laid flat and topped with a cinnamon/sugar mix. Then they were rolled up and sliced into individual mini rolls and baked until golden brown. Icing was a mix of confectioners sugar and milk until it was icing consistency and drizzled on the mini cinnamon rolls.

Once the fatty crumbles were tossed on the rolls, I drizzled it all with Diesel Dave's famous Michigan Maple Syrup. The results were SUPERB! A great combo!!!

Seriously a naked fatty don't take any prep, well remove the wrapper trust me there, and toss it on the grill/smoker for a couple hours......give or take............enfarkingjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I got Down with the Ground today! Please accept this as my official entry into the Get Down with the Ground Throwdown.

Chorizo Fatty Masa Sliders w/ Oaxaca Cheese

These sliders are made with spicy & smokey slices of barbecued Chorizo Fatty, sandwiched between home baked Masa slider buns. The baked, sliced, then broiled slider buns have melted Oaxaca Cheese on both halves. The sandwich includes onion, tomato, tapatio hot sauce & cilantro. Lime is served on the side for squeezing on top of the cilantro just before eating, as well as for the accompanying cerveza.

Ground corned beef burgers

Thought I'd go ahead and toss my hat into the throwdown ring again with my entry of a double ground corned beef burger. Not sure if I'll double entry this or not.

Farking awesome burger, though. Great corned beef sandwich taste in a double burger.

Farking Double Secret Farking Double Cheese Farking Double Bacon Farking Double Burger Fark!

80/20 ground chuck, Big Poppa Smokers Double Secret Steak Seasoning, Applewood Smoked Bacon (x2), Co-Jack cheese, Smoked Provolone cheese, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion and guacamole on a grilled onion bun.

We served with with Captain Ron's Home Made Apple Slaw.
