In Feb 2011 I decided to go no flour no sugar no processed foods. It helped me go from 295 to 225.

I just gained 16# looking at this fantastic feast.
I've got to close now and loosen the top button.

Ice cream and corn bread its been so long.

Tears

We have done stuffed pork chops often. Don't look anything like yours did. I need to learn your way. The cobbler looked fantastic. Need to try that. Your post always make me hungry.

:eusa_clapStuffed Pork chops are one of my favorites too but to be honest.... you had me at Peach Cobbler:tongue:

Thank you friends! Chops on the drum are some of my favorite things.

That looks great! What is the purpose of the quick cure on the chops?

Thank you! The cure makes the chops moist and tender. I cure for 2 hours at the most. It works great on chicken pieces too. Hope you give it a try sometime. :-D

Thanks again everyone!
