Had to try out my new weber rotisserie this weekend. It turned out so good juicy and it was so easy to do. It will be one of my go to methods for chicken now.

I hate you!

I have everything except the ring. :mmph: I'm relegated to rotisserie work on my gasser.

That chicken looks pretty good! :hungry:

^^^^^ I hate him twice. Now were do I hide a new ring and rotisserie....:mmph: That bird looks perfect............

I love the rotisserie on my Weber. Did you brine the bird? I brine mine overnight in water, salt, sugar and herbs from the garden. The brine makes the chicken even more moist.

That turned out great!

When and if you want some variation, stake some thick sliced bacon on the bird. Self-basting, at least until the bacon renders out.

Nice looking chicken. I just scored a 1 yr old Weber ring and ROT for $35.00. Can't wait to cook a couple chickens and a turkey on the ROT.
