Sunday did two and half racks of baby backs. Two full ones I used Butchers bbq honey rub and on the half rack was S&P and coconut sugar. Then glazed that small rack with whiskey pepper jelly I received from the last sauce trade. Really good stuff.

Saturday did three pizza. I can't believe I never tried capicola sooner on pizza. Also I put some Beano's submarine dressing on some the capicola slices. First pie I went to slide closer to the flame and accidentally caught the crust on fire.

Delicious!! Not sure which I'd hit first, the pizza or ribs. Both look fantastic!
 
Nice! What did you think of the coconut sugar?

I like it. I was given a bag. Seems to hold up well to higher temps more so than brown sugar.

Supposed to be healthier but not that I'm thinking healthy when I'm making ribs.
