Smoked some pork chops

Made some smoked pork chops tonight, my little guy had a hankering for stovetop, the wife made cornbread and steamed some broccoli.

I used some chicken N rib from tango spice co on the chops smoked with a mixture of Apple and hickory chunks for 1-1/2 hours then reversed seared them and hit them with some Stubbs sweet heat

My 7 year old son likes to eat shirtless, too. Says that it's easier than keeping his shirt clean.
 
Got to love it when the lil man is so serious about good Q
 
My 16 month old son has always loves smoked meats and has never really been a fan of the crock pot meats the wifey has done ;)

Pork chops look like a winner!
 
I see you are using the Weber One Touch. I have one myself (the gold) and love the way the temp controls on that thing...as long as you get the right amount of charcoal for the low/medium/high range that you are going to use. Using a drip pan and placing the coals over to the side can give you some good smoke! Great looking cook and there's nothing better than to see the kids digging in and lovin' it.
