Sent the old man shopping yesterday. Serious need for a maple fatty.
He called back saying no maple sausage to be found.
I asked him to find some pure maple syrup.
Put sausage in mixer added a fair amount of syrup.

A little sloppy to deal with. Had to start it in a pan.

Sitting here on day off, paying homage to last nights cattle, drinking an icy paralyzer and savoring the flavor of a true maple fatty!

Never sat down and ate a whole one of these with complete abandon.

Had to give you chit yesterday on the roadkill steaks, Brother Joe, but polishing off a fattie and a couple brews is right down my alley! Lookin good!
