making my first moink balls

the missus is having a little going away party for one of her coworkers and i offered to make some moink balls (versus the finger sandwiches she wanted to make :nono

SO, becasue i'm making my own meatballs, i guess i'm making moink balls since i'm not using frozen italian meatballs to make MOINK balls.:roll:

I made MOINK balls for my family today, they where delicious. Rolled the beef balls myself.

Make pork meatballs and wrap in beef bacon

i bought ground beef, bread crumbs, onion and garlic.....rubs and whatnot, bacon, toothpicks, grill inderect.....

now i have to look up NOSKOS rules as well....:crazy::crazy::crazy:
