I don't know if they are cooked well enuff to be called St Louis - email me a slab so I can check them. :decision:

Yeah... you know.. I think STL-Rich is right... we're gonna have to check those out for ya. You know... just to make sure. :heh:
 
As a CBJ, I withhold judgement until I've had a taste and judged the texture. But the appearance score is pretty good.
