What's your guys go to competition brisket sauce? I'm looking for a good sauce to cut with juices at the end but can't find one I love. . .thanks!
 
Are you guys cutting blues hog with anything, I'm assuming just a few dabs of it?
 
Freeman Bros out of Wisconsin is a damn good sauce. Yes, I thin with au jus.
 
I don't do comps. I just tried Bues Hog, and I really like it.

But a while back I decided that I like mustard/vinegar sauce on beef.
