As promised...here are a few pics from last night's pizza on the Stok and the start of what I hope to be a tasty rib roast on the pellet grill. I'll post some more of the rib roast later.
Pizza on the Stok:
Start of the rib roast.... I aged it bout a week in the fridge inside a plastic container with holes cut into it. Wrapped the roast in some cheese cloth.
Rubbed and ready for the GMG pellet cooker.
