With regards to creating a memorable and effective team logo, what does the Brethren feel is a better choice, in house, or paying for it?

Depends on what you want to do with it. If it's *just* a team logo, it's a different proposition than if you plan to go commercial and the logo will end up being part of your branding.

I also agree with those above that it depends on your art skills and/or design savvy, as well as how serious you are about as DivaHerself said, "going commercial".

Having a logo done is not that expensive If you want to try yourself do one and post People will tell you what they think. Logos are posted all of the time to get peoples oppinions
